A moving culinary experience.

In Sardinian, Domu means home. And that is exactly what we want to offer: a kitchen that makes you feel at home, with dishes inspired by the land, the sea and the changing seasons. We bring the flavours and aromas of our island to your table, using local ingredients: vegetables, herbs, cheeses and eggs from the Is Aquas garden at the Argiolas estate. To round off the experience, we offer an international wine list as well as cocktails, aperitifs and moments to relax.

The Chef

Alessandro Taras's vision

Behind the scenes in the kitchen: Chef Alessandro Taras. He prefers not to define himself by any titles; he only truly feels like himself when he is in the kitchen. After working alongside Michelin-starred chefs in places as far-flung as Hong Kong, France, the United States and Hawaii, he now wants to share the flavours of the island he knows and loves. Traditional Southern Sardinian recipes include handmade pasta specialties, such as macarrones de busa, nicchitus, and a reimagined cassola fish casserole with eel. Every dish tells a story that speaks of home – of Domu.
