On Friday 8 May, Domu presents a tasting menu crafted around seafood and fine sparkling wines. The seven-course menu draws inspiration from the French tradition and the cuisine of Sardinia, accompanied by a selection of Argiolas and Italian wines, along with Champagne.
Each dish is paired with a glass chosen by our sommelier.
